We'll be sending both AOS packages and IV packages later this week, if the IV payment goes through successfully. I wish I could've been there to help my husband prepare our documents.. I have so much extra time on my hands, and he's so busy he's staying up late to organize our paperwork. :(

Your I-130 was approved in 184 days from your NOA1 date.

NVC

04/23/12 - NVC received both cases (18 days/12 business days from NOA-2)

05/07/12 - Case numbers and IIN's (14 days/10 business days since NVC received)

05/07/12 - Sent out DS-3032 by email; auto-response received

05/08/12 - AOS fee invoiced, paid - "IN PROCESS"

05/10/12 - Spouse's DS-3032 accepted; minor child's rejected = had petitioner call NVC = received verbal acceptance from operator

I left the NVC stage a while ago but still feel I owe this forum for all the valuable help I was once provided with. If you have any questions about the process with NVC, I'm always available to answer them for you to the best of my knowledge and based on my experience. I'm no expert but can tell you about how it played out for me.

We're also roughly 2 weeks away from Interview Date!!! Getting closer and closer by the minute :star:

Citizenship

6/24/2016: Mailed N-400 package via USPS from Naval Base Yokosuka, Japan

7/11/2016: Received NOA1 dated 7/5/2016

11/3/2016: Received email from USCIS-Seoul Office with Naturalization appt set for 11/30/2016

11/30/2016: Naturalization Interview on Naval Base Yokosuka, Japan. N-400 Approved

12/1/2016: Naturalization Ceremony

I understand the way you feel but rest assured that there is no better help a wife can give to her husband than her moral support when any other ways of helping are not possible or within reach. I thank my wife everyday for pushing me and keeping me on track, although my journey has not been as long as others but still. So don't feel bad. You will be soon reunited before you know it and keep supporting him at all times ... Good luck!

You could call again and double check, or you could be happy - they were probably entering your case into their system until yesterday...never know...

NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png

Oh, it's coming. June 12 will be here faster than you think. :yes: I'm going to be sick - in a week exactly, we'll be done with the interview (hopefully, if we get in first lol). SO NERVOUS...

My plan for the next couple days is to get some dividers and organize my evidence folder into sub-divisions, separating out everything so I can just hand it instantly to the officers at the interview. When I'm with Trav, when we're not preoccupied, we'll be going over our paperwork :) We've bought my flight ticket home (insured of course lol, just in case)...

I am going to attend the interview by myself, I ask my wife to get me a Plastic folder accordion to have my document well organized and i will bring my wife US passport with me to the interview. I went through a lot of review here and answered the questions that had been asked to these people. Honestly i do not know why would the Officer deny my case. My CR1 went fast, June 12th will made it 7 months. If there was something wrong they would delay it, everything went smoothly. What you think Shell?

I think that you should have no problems, but that's not up to me! :) Everything you have sounds good so I see no reason why they would deny you now. Just keep praying!
