That will be nice :star: . Im in no rush right now, Im willing to give them 2 weeks to review it (look at me sounding like i have a choice loll) but Id like to know my interview date by the end of this month. ONLY because my hubby is geting really depressed n frustrated there, not with the process (thats my job) but his job, income and life stlye. Yesterday i spend 45 mins on the phone with him cheering him up, it's so hard to do being so far away, throught out the day i text him poems all day just to distract him from his environment. I think he'd start to feel a whole lot better when we get n interview date. So the satisfaction of the interview date is more for him than me, he'd be happy and id be in panic mood (i just naturally like to panic loll) I'd call NVC tomorw at 11pm.

ps maybe next week you can put me on ur sheet in the CC section (big smile)

Aww, that's sweet. It is hard to keep their hopes alive when they're so far away. After the case complete, and when we didn't get an interview date right away, my hubby kept saying how he feels we're never gonna see each other again. Made me wanna hug him so bad. I just keep telling him that we're getting closer with each step and he'll be here with me soon enough... Such big babies... LOL Usually he keeps me goin but lately I've been the stronger, more hopeful one... It's getting more real to me I guess as we get closer...

It was the same when we were going through the process. My husband thought we'd never get our I-130 approved, and then that we'd never get a case complete, and then that we'd never get an interview. I kept telling him to think positively and we'd be together soon. And they say girls are the babies laughing.gif

:lol: they're so mushy at heart... Need constant reinforcements... I thought I was just less emotional cuz of my science background... Hahahaha

I am doing EP, and emailed NVC my AOS package two weeks ago. Are they going to send me a notification upon AOS document review completed?

04/05/12 - NOA-2

Your I-130 was approved in 184 days from your NOA1 date.

04/23/12 - NVC received both cases (18 days/12 business days from NOA-2)

05/07/12 - Case numbers and IIN's (14 days/10 business days since NVC received)

05/07/12 - Sent out DS-3032 by email; auto-response received

05/08/12 - AOS fee invoiced, paid - "IN PROCESS"

05/09/12 - AOS fee shows as "PAID"

05/10/12 - Spouse's DS-3032 accepted; minor child's rejected = had petitioner call NVC = received verbal acceptance from operator

Do you already have a case number?

I have two cases. One for my stepson, which was approved last year, and I paid both the AOS and IV fees, sent AOS. Waiting my wife's NVC #. My thinking is, I shall wait and not send my son's DS-230 till I got my wife's NVC # so that my wife's case can join my son's case and the interview scheduled the same day. My hoping, not sure it is doable.
