Congrats! That's great! :thumbs: We had to wait for a few days after the AOS bill was invoiced for the bill to be payable. We're now waiting for them to release the IV bill and hopefully that will happen today. They've had my DS-261 since April 26. :wacko:

Thanks! I was actually surprised it was there already, waiting to be paid, only a day after we received our case numbers. But still, our DS-3032 won't be accepted until at least next week.. So, some more waiting to do.. :P

1 fee, 1 package. You put both AOS packages together in the envelope and send them.

2. if she is not eligible for citizenship when she comes, then she has to have a regular I-864 also.

What documents you are bringing with you for the medical?Wanna share? Is it true when you go for medical they check your female part? Why?

I'm bringing passport, 3 us sized passport pics, my $300 money order, my vaccination records, my letter from the doctor stating that i'm in good health, my interview letter from the consulate, whatever other ID I have in my purse. Yes, they check to make sure you're a girl - they're not going to give you a full exam, but they need to take a peek. They bring a female nurse in for this, I believe.

When I email the NVC the passport photos (not sent with ds-260 so we got a checklist) do i just add the photos after the last paged of the checklist pages i got or do i just use the first page of the document they sent me? The check list was 5 pages long page 1.is the letter stating that we missed information with a bar code on it, page 2. National Visa Center Case Number Barcode Cover Sheet (confused because it says not to use this sheet first if you use EP which we do) page 3. Instructions for Hubby. page 4. is continued from page 3, page 5 checklist for the AOS packet.

My lawyer email the checklist for the AOS already.

I answered this before, but I guess it got lost in the melee. Your friend posted the same question earlier/yesterday..

Have his wife re-email the DS-3032 and make sure she follows the template to the T. If the subject line is wrong, or the wording is quite right then it won't go through properly.

You can ask when you get there to make sure a female nurse checks you out - I believe this sort of thing is standard practice now - and I'll let you know what happens too. Unfortunately, even if you're uncomfortable with it, a peek is required - they don't touch, from what I understand, but they need to make sure you are a girl if you are applying as a girl.
