The IV bill is only invoiced after NVC accepts the DS-3032. When did you send yours?

What is needed varies by consulate/embassy. For example, Montreal rarely, rarely asks for evidence whereas some consulates/embassies (mostly in MENA countries) asks for like everything from the moon and sun for evidence.

Although you might not have had a wedding yet, do you have any pictures from the marriage ceremony?

No Saylin we did not take pictures that day :(

I think im just stressing over nothing, so close to sending packet IV and it being transferred over at the Embassy, then the interview..

Did you have any kind of reception or anything?

Have you checked with others if evidence is required in Albania?

The very next day we got married at city hall I had to come back to Us

I know the embassy in Albania is not strict and we do have lots of pictures of our trips together

I'm hoping its just stress I'm feeling

10/04/11 - NOA-1

04/05/12 - NOA-2

Your I-130 was approved in 184 days from your NOA1 date.

NVC

04/23/12 - NVC received both cases (18 days/12 business days from NOA-2)

05/07/12 - Case numbers and IIN's (14 days/10 business days since NVC received)

05/07/12 - Sent out DS-3032 by email; auto-response received

05/08/12 - AOS fee invoiced, paid - "IN PROCESS"

05/09/12 - AOS fee shows as "PAID"

05/10/12 - Spouse's DS-3032 accepted; minor child's rejected = had petitioner call NVC = received verbal acceptance from operator

05/11/12 - Spouse's IV fee invoiced

05/14/12 - Daughter's IV fee invoiced, paid both IV fees - "IN PROCESS"

05/15/12 - Both IV fees show as "PAID"

05/16/12 - Sent both AOS and both IV packages to NVC via USPS (expected delivery: 05/19/12)

yes, give them a call ang give both the petitioners and beneficiaries email... then send your choice of agent... the faster the better :dance:

You should get " DS 3032 Accepted " email soon...by the end of this week.....

I've already sent my DS-3032, including my daughter's. Guess I was too excited to finally receive a case number that I forgot I was supposed to give them our e-mail addresses. :bonk:

Oh ok people thanks for your replies. I will have my wife go to a CVS or walgreen or walmart to extract these pics on her cam.

I thought about this yesterday - she prolly got a quote for '1 hour service' when 24 hour service is all that's required.

Speed costs money, here.

Confirmed from Lawyer the second page of my AOS packet did not scan correctly. She is re-sending it this morning.

They also said the we were missing is passport photos but since we are in EP doesnt he just take them with him to his appointment?

Medical tomorrow. Repacking bag over lunch today...taking one bag but something tells me it's not well organized (the busting zippers perhaps...). LOL. Have a fantastic day, everyone!

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png
06/09/2012 - POE @ YWG (Winnipeg Int'l Airport)

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

"RFE" for page 3 of application received, date March 27, 2014. Package re-submitted with all papers re-attached.

04/07/2014 - NOA1 Date

05/07/2014 - Biometrics in Charlotte, NC

11/05/2014 - APPROVED! Citizenship in 5 months!

11/10/2014 - NOA2 in hand.

11/20/2014 - 10 yr GC in hand! :D
