Any chat logs you can provide or phone records? Emails? It's always good to include some samples of daily contact.

I dont chat that much.We stay on the ph whole day.I can bring ph records.We dont share chatty email just what needs to send to NVC that kind of email.

My wife and i don t either we do phone calls, i will bring 3 last months of conversation of 2012 and i have with me 3 month concversation of 2011

Some places allow you to add foreign spouses without a SSN.

If you don't have this evidence, it's okay. The link I provided were SUGGESTIONS, not necessary items.

Yep, I called them right now and the CSR said it's fine and to wait for them to review it. Apparently, getting multiple emails like that isn't an extraordinary thing... I guess it happens a lot at the NVC.

Yeah, I know it's not a HUGE deal sending multiple copies, but it clogs up their email servers unnecessarily.

My husband and I have been using different phone programs to text, but they don't show up on our bills since it's "data service" do you think if I do screenshots of our conversations and print them out, that would be good enough? All our other evidence of phone conversations is from when we were both in the U.S. from years ago. But since I've been here, mostly just texts

What I did in my case, I downloaded an app called 'SMS Backup'. It either automatically or manually backs up your text messages to an email address. So, I had pages and pages on my email of ALL my text messages with my husband. I never ended up printing it out, but I still have it and still continue to use the app. (The app is available on the Android market, not sure about the other phone markets).

Hey Guys. I'm needing a little help with my friend's case. He got the NVC case number and IIN. He logged in the payment portal and paid the AOS fee. Then printed off the bar-coded cover-sheet and mailed off the AOS package. So everything's good on that end. But he's IV fee is still not invoiced. He had his wife email her Choice of Agent form last week. And NVC auto-replied. Then she got an email from "National Visa Center; Written Inquiry Unit; Serco Inc., Support Contractor." This email says they updated the address. But no change of address was requested. It choice of agent was selected. I asked my friend to call NVC today and find out if they have got the Choice of Agent on the case already. More than likely, they haven't. What to do in that case? Send the choice of agent email again or send it through snail mail?
