Probably not, they will more than likely not ask for it. I hope USCIS didn't lose your I-130 during the whole thing, but you never know!

Not once have I personally read anything about anyone needing the I-130 documents at an interview.

I know I won't sleep and I'll be lucky to remember what my name is the day of the interview. I'll be a mess, and Canada interviews are EASY!

I know Canadians aren't really asked for ongoing proof of bona fide marriage and US domicile, but this is what I'm taking:

- warranty deed to our house

- Title to the Ford Explorer

- Car insurance

- Bank statement

- Plastic photo album sheet with photos of wedding, reception, summer and Christmas Vacations

Cards are packed up in my keepsake box.. I'm not digging through that. I do have a copy of my passport stamp from last Christmas and boarding passes! Phone logs won't be to hard to get. Thank you!

Like I said, you won't be asked for any of it, but it's always good to have. And in your case, he'd probably be asked even less for evidence since you'll be there :P
