Yes, I triple-checked my email every time. Sent a fresh new email both times. Everything is in order and I used the template on VJ. My subject line was "DS 3032 - Choice of Agent for NVC Case Number ISLXXXXXXXXXX".

I guess I'll wait for a week and see what happens. :\

I just called the NVC and they told me they were sending out a check list because my sponsor information was incomplet on the AOS and the part where you put in the number of people in your household, that the numbers didn't add up. So the supervisor thinks that maybe the second page was not emailed to them. So annoying.

Confirmed from Lawyer the second page of my AOS packet did not scan correctly. She is re-sending it this morning.

They also said the we were missing is passport photos but since we are in EP doesnt he just take them with him to his appointment?

I'd say get there for ~6:15am. You should be good then. When I was there, I was by myself from around 6:15am when I arrived to about 6:45am when another VJ member arrived and others arrived soon after that. By 7:30am when they were opening the doors, there were about 20 other groups in line. If you get there late, then you'll be spending a lot of time waiting around to be called. If you're one of the first ones in though (like me), then you'll barely have time to sit down. I was out by around 9am, and that was after a 20 minute delay with a fingerprint issue.

Doesn't matter if you're doing EP, you still have to send everything listed in the IV package. If you want to know how to scan the passport photos, read my wiki (in my signature). There's a section on scanning, and I explain how I did it.

Oh, there's no way to find out. Just call up DOS tomorrow and see if they can confirm your case has arrived.

Today at 10:44am says my Emil, I just saw it didn't even ready it yet tho.

U thought I got one before but nvc sent someone else's case to my email.

Edit: I just read it n with the ds 3032 acceptance letter they attached the Iv bill.

So depressed. Its been 14 days since NVC received my case and no case # yet. I see others already received their case # in around 10 days. I hope to get it this week.

Call your congressman. I called them and within 2 days they told me that my case has left NVC.
