Hey guys good morning to a good week.

I was looking at my timeline n realise there is a "received instruction package" right before cast complete at nvc, what's in the instruction package?

That's for K-1s. You don't need to fill that in.

K-1s NVC is a mail stop to get a number assigned. Then they get the package instructing them what to do next.

It's actually referring to the DS-230 package NVC sends out.

The K1 items on our timelines are packet 3 and packet 4 (although, we receive packet 4).

Call asap!!

NVC has only been taking a few days to review packages.

Ok, first off, stop sending emails of the DS-3032.

Second, ignore emails from NVC about the DS-3032. Just focus on the ones where they respond to your emails. They'll either approve or reject them.

Did you follow the template here exactly on how to send the DS-3032 form data?

I did exactly as they asked the first time around i.e. 1st May. Meanwhile, we were paying for the AOS. On 5th May, NVC emailed us that the AOS payment had been processed and now, we should send in our DS 3032 for further processing. They also mentioned this was a repeat request for the DS 3032 and that we didn't need the barcoded one either - just download the form and send it. They said we could email it too, if desired.

So, just in case they missed my first email, I resent it today - 7th May - only to get a brief email from them with the DS 3032 barcoded form again!

I had already read your FAQ so I won't be sending any more email and will wait for them to accept what I've already sent.

The first time you received the DS-3032 from them, it was in response to you paying the AOS fee. They did not check to see if you had actually sent the DS-3032 yet. Not sure why they sent it the second time though...

I just called the NVC and they told me they were sending out a check list because my sponsor information was incomplet on the AOS and the part where you put in the number of people in your household, that the numbers didn't add up. So the supervisor thinks that maybe the second page was not emailed to them. So annoying. :bonk:

The first time was on 30th April - our first email from the NVC. That was just the Choice of Agent request. We replied.

The second time was when they got our AOS payment - 5th May. Unsure, we replied today, to be on the safe side.

The third time was today, 7th May.

I hope I've written that out clearly now... it's so strange. :s
