im the alien from lebanon and my wife she is the us citizen

my lawyer in usa send me by dhl to sign the ds 230 part 1

but before i send it back to him i would like to ask you on the question number 24 he didnt put the midle name of my mother and also of my father

and second on the question 29 about if i have children i dont have any , so he didnt put N/A or nothing should i corret those 2 question before i send it back plz im waiting ur reply . i dont want RFE

Middle names aren't required for your parents.

I would write N/A or NONE in the blank and send it back. The instructions say to not leave any answers blank.

Do you have children immigrating with you?

If yes, you need to fill in their information. If No, then put N/A

The DS-230 is used for all immigrant applicants, not just those getting a CR-1. So those questions are there for children and spouses. Your spouse is already in the US and if you do not have children immigrating with you, none of those questions apply to you.

hey guys... so I am gathering all the documents. should I send in the DS-3032 email now and also pay the IV bill now? Or do I wait for the acceptance of the DS-3032 email?

Hello. We received our case # today. Now I have a few questions. What do we do? Wait for some kind of email or are we to be doing something else? We want to speed things up if possible. Also, what is the fee for the AOS and the IV Bill now?

Please, I beg of you and yours - go back to post #1 and #2, when logged in from a PC, and read all in post #1 and #2. Prepare to spend the weekend reading, you've a lot of info to ingest.

Got an email today from the NVC !! I couldn't opened the email but I called them and they advise that we have an interview date June 26 at 1:00 pm , they're going to resend the email ! I'm so happy!!!!!!!!

can open it from a PC at the library?

if the IV FEE BILL is available to be paid online, NOW,

and you have NOT sent in the DS-3032,

then there's a G-28 in play, filed with the I-130.

IF you see the IV fee bill to be paid online at the portal, pay it and forget the DS-3032.

Hello WrightFamily, both of us (petitioner and beneficiary) are residing in Hong Kong as well. Can you share which police station and medical exam facility you used? Any comments on your experiences through these 2 processes in HK?

if'n you can see the AOS fee bill,

then by all means pay it

and send off the DS-3032 email thingie.

remember - the IV fee bill shows up WHEN the ds-3032 is added to the casefile.

this is an attachment, right?

can you DETACH the attachment, save it externally and THEN try to open it?

I'm betting you've some issue with a pdf reader on yer machine.

Questions: My wife is about to extract pictures from her camera to send to my mail address in Haiti. She will send me pictures of us together and pictures of her being pregnant. Even I'm not in these pics ( pregnancy pics) will they still be taken into account?
