Good morning Rujby - I'm getting nervous! Medical next week! How are you? How did Mrs. Rujby take the news of the interview? :)

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

She was sleeping when i called. SO i text her like " Baby i need you urgently, when you wake up text me so i can call you" A after a few mins she text and i call. I, on purpose, sounded like someone who is sad and she told me baby what is wrong then i smiled :" we got our interview date June 12th" she was so happy and we celebrated that moment with some sweet words... ya know : :)

The immigration guy did say that I wouldn't be able to work on the CR-1 until I had employment authorization though. Is that true??? Saylin? I was under the impression that I could work as soon as the visa was stamped at the border, and I had my SSN

Congrats. Guy was confused. As soon as you enter the US and have the stamp in your passport you have the authorisation to work.

Mine took just under a month....but I had another issue that put everything on hold. You can call everyday and ask, and just keep checking many many times per day...One of these times, it will just be there.

I woke up to a whatsapp message, its a picture of our tv not on the wall ne more, yeah it fell off the wall, my hubby is soooooo pissed. I am too but one of us have to keep sane. it crises everything below it which included the laptop (there goes Skype). I knw u guys will understand cus its so hard to console someone being so far away. We had a bad start to our Friday morning hopefully something veryyyy good will happen

The IV bill is invoiced and appears after your DS-3032 is accepted. It has nothing to do with the AOS path.
