Seems today has been a good day all round! I just got off the phone with NVC, talked with the nicest lady there (her name might have been Riley, or something like that? Sounded like she had a cold so I didn't quite understand her) and we got our case number and IIN! Woo hoo! She also gave me a Beneficiary ID number - what is it and will we ever need it?

Congrats to everyone else who received good news as well!!

Grats! First April NOA2 date I've seen to get a case number.

The beneficiary ID number is only used for online forms. Scotland is not an eligible country for this, so you can disregard this number as you'll never use it.

Interview date June 11 @ 8:30am received 4:03pm. One day before hubby's birthday.

DHL/loomis question. I registered my husband, but it says "There is no interview date set" So what exactly is it I have to print out to take to the interview with us?

And... does medisys send any kind of confirmation email?

Hi-

Our IV invoice showed up as Paid today on the NVC portal and we sent the IV paperwork overnight delivery, so the NVC should get it tomorrow by noon. We are hoping we will be "case complete" early next week. Does anybody know if we are in time to get a June interview? The interview will be at the London Embassy.

Shell, Sheeskabelle and Gad (& any other Montreal interviewees) - any info/recommendations you have on hotels close to the consulate would be greatly appreciated, please! I haven't started to look into any yet since I'm not even close to getting an interview date. :blush:

We're staying at the holiday inn centre-ville - 15 min walk from the consulate. decent rate too!

One thing I thought of as you don't drive, do you have a license or government ID because you are going to need it for your flight back.

Thanks for reminding me- I have the Manitoba government photo id card. I'll call westjet and ask if that'll work along with my birth cert. Good call!
