So I have a easy question so my marriage certificate is legal size. So if I scan it for in to my computer for EP and its shrunk to fit a letter size page will it matter if my wife shows them the marriage certificate in legal size should there be a problem or not?.

One other thing nvc received my case today but no case number my notice date for my noa2 is May 7. Now the real waiting begins for a case number. Hopefully soon.

Thanks in advanced

Yup, that should be fine. Just make sure when you shrink it for the IV package, that it's still legible.

And it's currently taking about 4+ weeks from NOA2 to case number assigned, so you still have about 2 weeks. Just keep calling!

Maybe a stupid question.

Obviously like everyone else I want an interview ASAP. Is calling everyday going to get me one any faster. I thought I read that they send an email within hours of scheduling your interview. What I'm getting at is if all I'm going to be doing by calling every day is drive myself crazy ... well you know. If I can get actually get an interview faster, I'll call twice a day !

This is getting more stressful now. I have movers moving me out of my place in Toronto end of June, everything going into storage until I have the visa. Going to have to sit out the last little bit in Winnipeg. At least I'll get a nice visit with my mom. Cutting over to my US job July 1 (fortunate that my company is letting me transfer) but will be staying on the Canadian payroll and doing it remotely from Canada until I can physically be in the US. My travel schedule between Canada and the US for work is constant so not knowing when the interview will be or when I will be without a passport is stressing me out.

I looked up the stats for CR1 for Canada and NOA2 to interview was 154 days. That can't be right ....

Okay ... happy thoughts :)

Saylin ... Happy (late) anniversary ! Glad you had an awesome day !

Congrats to everyone on their NVC completes and interview approvals. I don't post much but read everyone's progress frequently.

Hello everyone! Congrats on the recent approvals / case completes.

I have a few questions for recent filers:

1. How many days after the case number is assigned will AOS fees be invoiced?

2. Once the AOS fees are paid, how many days later does the system show 'PAID'?

3. Is DS-3032 email (using the template) still accepted? Has anyone sent the actual Form DS-3032 back via email? How was it signed?

Thanks a bunch! I appreciate your help :)

Nope, calling often won't get your interview date faster. If that were the case, everyone would be calling every single second of the day ;)

So, since the email comes within a few hours and you're getting stressed from calling, just stop. You'll get the email yes.gif

And for Canadians, it's about 2 months from case complete to interview date, so your interview should be in July sometime.

And thanks for the wishes ^_^

1. A few days.

2. Typically within a day or two.

3. This is the recommended method. Sending it by snail mail takes longer. Please read the email template. There is no printing, signing, or scanning.

Please refer to post 1 and 2 and read the links and FAQ.

That was quick, Saylin. Thanks :)

1. Any idea how many days? I am out of town for a couple of days and want to make sure I don't miss it.

2. Awesome!

3. Maybe I need to clarify my question a bit. I was wondering if I should send the actual Form DS-3032 by email or just the email template will do.

Thanks again,

1. It varies by case, that's why I said a few days.

3. No need to send the actual DS-3032. Just follow the email template instructions and it will be accepted.

OK so story of my life, something bad always have to happen before something good does.

Yesterday parts of PA flooded and i had to drive thru it, i drive a crysler 300 (doesnt sit high), I stood there in my car looking at the water thinking i wont make it, i cant go right and i deff cant go back with a 100 car pile up behind me so i can only go fwd. i sat for a lil bit  and this white Audi went around me and drove fwd. finally i got the B*lls to drive thur so i went slow and droves as close to the median in the middle of the rd. finally we are almost out of the water when the impatient white Audi car decided to give out :bonk: . oh gezzz there are 50 cars now stuck in water up to their doors for 30 mins. Usually in Trinidad people will come out and help push the car thur and to the side but not here where i live, every man for themselves. firefighters came and push him out i was never that happy no get out of water before. my car drove home but now its gotta go in to the shop, waw 2 days before vaccation just my luck. no yippy skippy dippy d dippy here :(

So now that some thing bad has happened hopfully the something good is OUR INTERVIEW DATE, please lord please let me be happy :) before i get the bill from the Repair shop. :o
