By the way.. Since our papers are on NVC stage....is there anything we need to get worry of??? what are the possibilities we could get denied or approved?

Congrats on your NOA-2!

First, you have to get your NVC case number in order to get the ball rolling. Lately, it's been taking 3-4 weeks from NOA-2 to NVC case number. In the meantime, get your AOS and IV packages ready. You can find more information on the first page of this thread.

Oh ok but my husband send it off already.. so probably the NVC might not ask for that... not sure though...

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

18/6/2012 - A.O.S & IV Packs sent to NVC.

9/7/2012 - A.O.S & IV Packs re-sent to NVC (No thanks to the courier...)

24/7/2012 - Checklist recieved. (They actually have everything they need)

25/7/2012 - CASE COMPLETE AT THE NVC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

01/08/2012 - Case left NVC, Recieved Interview Email!!!

79 Days (Including weekends)

7/6/2012 - Medical (London)

24/09/2012 - Interview (London Embassy) CHANGED BY EMBASSY.

10/09/2012 - Interview. APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

14/09/2012 - Passport and Documents returned to me via courier.

28/09/2012 - Flights booked for Anchorage, AK!!!!!!!!!
