hey guys i have a quick question...Does not writing my case number on the upper corner on every page of package IV would be a problem? I mailed it before i got the instructions..and then i saw it might delay the process,,.... and i am stressed out about it!!!

Here's a suggestion: just put the headers (USCIS, NVC, Medical/Consulate/POE) in color to highlight that section. Don't put the entire section in color. That way, your last section won't be so boring :P

And yeah, I was out of room, so I just decided to make a picture out of my timeline by creating it in InDesign.

I just found the two flags together on Google images :P I didn't actually make that laughing.gif

ooooooooooo thats a good sugestion. Google it is. Id like to put my whole process on but that might end up to be too images lolll. 1st my mom came (in the days when I-130 were so quick, u get married and BAM!! ur here with ur spouse) and 10 yrs after i did, then became USCitizen & now trying to drag my husband over. I miss all my friends and family so much sometime i feel like i should tie a rope arround the island and pull it over so they will all be driving distance :thumbs:

The reason for putting the case number on the top right of each paper (except the bar-coded cover sheet and cover letter) is in case a paper gets misplaced. If the case number is written on it, then it can easily be reunited with the case file.

Dont stress.. did you put the BARCODED cover sheet in front of you packet (as the 1st page)? that's what you need to do most inportantly. ITs already sent dont stress now, we put the case number on each paper incase a document gets mispalced they know where it belongs.

yeah,i figured that.....its bugging me i didnt do it.Should i be worried?

The barcoded cover sheet is on top of everything!!!Yes!....you know how sometimes little things worry you and seem bigger than they are,and how you want them to be perfect...especially now...I hope it'll be fine!

Sorry guys it been pretty busy for me....Anyway good news, Visa approved and interview was pretty simple and easy for her. She said the questions were around what's your husband's job and how many people were invited to the wedding then Visa approved....I'll get you guys more details when I get a chance.

APPROVED!!!!! We way over-thought the process, depending on where you are having your interview, if it is anything like Spain, be calm and relaxed, it's a piece of cake. Basically my husband went in, overflowing with pictures and documents. They only care about the tax reports (i sent originally the 2010 because it was before April 17th) if you did the same, make sure that you bring updated tax transcripts. I would bring them anyway, since it seems that is all they care about. They asked him what he will do, he said study, when he told them that we are studying in two different cities until i receive my MBA the guy could care less, he just said that's great, good luck, APPROVED! My husband was in shock, he asked if the guy wanted photos, letters anything, and the guy said no. They did leave him a room for about an hour while they went to get lunch, so that was nerve-wrecking.

Just know this, make sure your file is absolutely complete before it is sent to the embassy and you will have nothing to worry about!!!!
