Woohoo! We did it! In all we had to wait for like 3 hrs before it was our turn for the interview but the interview itself only took 5 minutes :-D

Yippy for you..... time to pack up and ship outtttttt :dance:

26 days until Interview :blink:

Fix that smily face, this is the momement that u have been waiting on. B-)

Doesnt all the other waiting parts seem so easy compare to the pre interview feeling now.

I wish you good luck but i bet ud let us know when time gets closer.

I hope VJ.com load a green face smily for when my turn comes arround cus i might be feeling a lil sick.

Do you guys start calling the day after your case complete for your Interview dates?

Im thinking to start on Friday. I looked at others from Trinidad timeline's and it varies from 5-20 days, that's a big gap inbetween. Does the date of you case complete have a part to play in how long you have to wait?

PS: i just call NVC cus i was uncertain when to start calling and he just said it's when ever the embassy send them open slots then they fill them and send emails out with your dates.

I started calling the next day after my case complete. I wasn't taking any breaks from calling :P

Wow that's like 15 days str8. Well I already called for 29 days what's another 15 lolll.

I stopped calling after the first 2 days of them telling me 'not yet' and just waited til the next week which was that magic 2nd week of the month... plus i figured they send out the email soon after they schedule so i retired my phone duties... lol

Yay, glad you got confirmation of your re-scheduled interview! Bet you're feeling a lot better now! I'd suggest printing out this email too in case you have problems at the front door of the consulate (although, you shouldn't at all).

Sorry in advance for my post - just need to vent.

My joint sponsor - while I am thankful for her - is holding up the process. I sent both of my packages to her so she can add her parts (to AOS only) and then forward them on to NVC for me. The package was delivered to her home on Tuesday but because she wasn't there to sign for it, they took it back to the courier company. Now she tells me she can only pick it up on Saturday. Thanks to this and the issues with my marriage certificate, my case is delayed by almost two weeks. So frustrating.

Thankfully, once all the documents arrive at NVC and if they are in order, it won't take too long to get case complete.

To top off my frustration, my husband was made redundant yesterday at work!!! He is so upset.

Thanks for allowing me to vent. Congrats to all who got good news this week.
