hello everyone, i have already our case number do i have to wait for the mail from NVC to send us the form or download the form, fill it up and send to NVC thru e-mail . . thanks

There is a template for the DS-3032. Here's the link. http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

You don't need to download anything. Just use this template to email the DS-3032 to NVC, now that you have your case number.
