Passport Clearance Certificate for Bhopal (M.P) Passport Office

Hi,

My wife has applied for Passport Clearance Certificate from SP office in INDORE. The document they have issued to her does not say anything about like sample passport clearance certificate saying on the header as " GOVT OF INDIA, MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS, REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE, BHOPAL"

Indore falls under Bhopal passport office and no passport seva kendra is available there

Question:

Have anyone recently applied for passport clearance certificate and police clearance certificate leaving in around about INDORE? Can you share little bit information on the documents you have received.

Here's what my passport office PCC says.

Header is Government of India, Ministry of External Affairs, Regional Passport Office, Trivandrum

Then comes the telephone, fax, email, as well as website and file number on the left hand side and on the right hand side the regional passport office's address followed by the date.

Just below that is my scanned picture.

Below that, it reads

POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE

It is certified that there is no adverse information against Ms xxxx, w/o Mr xxxx, holder of Indian passport no xxxxxx, issued at Trivandrum on dd/mm/yyyy, which would render her ineligible for grant of travel facilities including visa for UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

This is signed by the asst. passport officer with his official seal as well as the seal of the passport office.

Harry, the text itself is a double negative, you should be good if you have this (see Divs's post)
