Ever really wonder where your paperwork is forwarded to after it leaves initial acceptance? Well for all of you that can't go there in person -- I did! I am not very far from the CSC and so I decided to snap a pic of it for you ... pretty 1960's huh? Just FYI - They don't process faster if you tell them you will hang out there LOL!

Your application is in the cubicle on the fourth floor, third window from the left. But the guy is on his lunch break and needs to leave early. And he is off tomorrow. And the application in front of you has 2,000 pages of skype logs.:crying:

Is it at Laguna Niguel?

That is what I thought. The Wikipedia has a nice article about Laguna NIguel and a picture of the notable buildings in Laguna NIguel, including the Chet Holifield Federal Building, which contains the California Service Center of the USCIS (as described in the article).

I was told that the operations are not in Laguna Nigel ... that is a Federal Building only and used by the IRS and Homeland Security. HUMMMMM

Yeah, I'm wondering too, because the CSC's address in Laguna Niguel is a PO box. So CSC's petitions and adjudicators are in fact in LA?

Yep, looks like typical LA 1960's architecture :)

I think that's the local USCIS office though. The infamous CSC is in Laguna Niguel.

There is a local office in Phoenix, but there are only two USCIS service centers in the entire country that handles I-130 and I-129f petitions; California and Vermont.

The I-130 you sent to Phoenix was sent to the "Phoenix Lockbox" and then forwarded to either the CSC or VSC.

The lockbox only forwards petitions to the appropriate service center, they don't actually process them.

this is not CSC this the USCIS local office located at downtown los angeles...CSC is located at LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA.

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!
