SHOULD I call USEM

:) vjérs :help: :help..it will be my 60 days of waiting on may 5,..i haven't receive my visa yet,should i call the USEM to follow-up or just wait..im very worried right now,coz as if,i am only the one left to those who interviewed last march.,..ur sharings are very much appreciated.. :)

September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Can you give us some background information? What was said at the Interview? Were you given any Papers? did they inform you, you was on 221G? Why do you think its taking so long?

Did you go to last window and 2go window for delivery confirmation? If so call 2go. We need more info in what happen at your interview. Yes if so a week tops for delivery even to Davao and Tagum

Your timeline states you under AP..... I would have to believe the embassy told you their concerns, now you have to wait until their questions are satisfied.

Can you give us some background information? What was said at the Interview? Were you given any Papers? did they inform you, you was on 221G? Why do you think its taking so long?

the AC said i was approved ,but i need to submit some docs..at the last window he gave me a paper and he told me to submit the w2 and ITR 1040 of my husbands co sponsor,he also said that i dont have to go back at usem ill just send it via 2go.so i immediately sent it,,..he never told me to submit the I864A,but after 7 weeks,my husband called DOS thats the only time we were informed that they are waiting for that docs,that was the reason why i havent receive my visa yet...they are waiting for me to submit the I864A... :( :( :wacko: :wacko:

so upset at that time..but right now after doing all my best and after hearing fr USEM that they are now processing my visa,i feel relax..thanks everyone for reading and sharing with me..hopefully soon ill receive my visa..keeps on praying... :) :)

You are doing the IR/CR -1, the 864 is listed as a required document if I am remembering correctly, you should have had it at interview time.

i have with me the w2 and 1040 of my husband when i was interviewed,his income was not enough so he got a joint sponsor.. his sister who living in same house,..after my interview ,they only asked me to submit the w2 and 1040 of his sis...but after calling the dos last week they said that they are waiting for I864A..i dont know,why they dont informed me before.. :wacko: :wacko:

Being the 864 is part of the process, they probably assumed you would include it. A complete financial package needs to be done for the co-sponsor that same as from your husband.
