Now you need to get prepared for the consulate stage. Review the guide here (http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide), scroll down to "What to send to your fiance(e) once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2)". That's the documents the petitioner needs to send to the beneficiary. The beneficiary should also look at the requirements and documents needed on her/his consulate website. Good luck. :)

Thank you a lot for your relpy and useful information. I know that I need to send the entire package I filed for our petition to my fiance. What I don't know is what to do when I get my NOA2 hard copy, when to contact NVC and what to do after that? I have read some poeple here talk about receiving or sending package one, two, three or even four, what does this mean?

Is the embassy send anything to my fiance? Where to pay for my fiance medical and where to book the appointment for the interview when it comes to that?

Your petition is going to be forwarded to NVC, where they will assigned a case number to it (you'll receive a letter from them... or you can call them about 10 days after NOA2 to ask if they received your case and assigned a number). NVC will then forward your case to the appropriate consulate. At this stage, only the beneficiary will receive instructions (usually called as "packets" here on VJ). I can't help you much because each country has their own way of dealing with the process, so if you have questions, members from your beneficiary's country will be able to help you better then me. :)

I believe that's the sub-forum where you'll find members from your country: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/97-middle-east-and-north-africa/
