So, I have contacted the Embassy and they have sent my Package 3 to my old address.

They have wrong addresses listed for both my Fiance and I. Even thought we notified them recorded delivery in writing and by letter.

I have emailed them again with my new address, and I am going to go to my old house and see if I can track the letter down! I hope they kept it???

At least I am further down the line than I expected, but this address situation is so bad! We don't have a NOA2 in writing, I assume I need this for my interview? How do we get another copy without it arriving at the wrong place?

i don't think you need it for the interview, but you do when you AOS. you use the I-824 to get a duplicate approval notice.
