Just because he doesn’t want a divorce or refuses to sign the paperwork doesn’t stop it from happening. First hire a professional process or sheriff server to serve him with the divorce papers, if it fails then you can obtain a divorce by serving your husband by mail or publication then ask the court to allow service to be made by publication.

1. Call him on the phone, say "I divorce you" three times.

2. Hang up.....you're divorced.....

He's not going to change...People don't really change. They might act a little differently, learn new social skills, etc, but if his personality is cold, then he's probably always going to be that way. AND it sounds like he doesn't have an interest in your wants and needs. Learn from experience, move on, find someone who meets your needs and is capable of giving you what you need in a relationship.
