Hi, I'm the Petitioner. I do make above the 125% Poverty Level and In regards to the Affidavit of Support that I'll be filling out.. Do I still need a Co-Sponsor? I don't have my Family here in US and most of my Family and Relatives are in the Philippines. I just rent a room here at my Friend's house. Will that be a Compulsory requirement to have a Co-Sponsor or is it fine that I'll not include one?

Can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you..

Just for assurance.. so if it's above the poverty level.. I won't need anyway?

It's actually just for 1 year.. I just started work last year.. but from that year it is above 125%..

That is correct! If you make above the poverty level based on how many will be in the household is good enough. Make sure you get an employment

letter from your company stating the position, salary, and whether your position is full time or part time. Don't forget to send a couple of month's worth

of pay stubs to support the employment letter. Good luck to both of you!!!

You're good... No need co sponsor.. Good luck! Co sponsor for fiancé petition is not allowed at Manila us embassy anyway.
