Welcome to America!

"The Marines I have seen around the world have the cleanest bodies, the filthiest minds, the highest morale, and the lowest morals of any group of animals I have ever seen. Thank God for the United States Marine Corps!" - Eleanor Roosevelt, First Lady of the United States, 1945.

"Retreat hell! We just got here!"

"When are you getting married?"

That's the only k-1 visa question he asked me. It was just a normal conversation :)

I've flown to the US probably 20 - 30 times on various visas as well as the VWP. Gone through IAD, EWR, DTW, BOS, VCV, LAX as well as the San Ysidro land border. I've had smooth trips through LAX before, but it is also the only POE where I've ever experienced both secondary and more-than-usual questioning before. I always got through but I always try to avoid LAX POE now.
