In section C, when listing my wife's minor son, is that all that is needed for him to be considered for his visa when filing a

I-130 ?? Then in section D, it says are you filing for any other relative ?? Is there a need to insert his name in here also; I do not think I need to fill out separate information do I?? He would be considered CR-2...like as I-129f visa (K-2)

Has someone filled out an application similar to this, minor children...he is 1 yo.

Hey John....you need to file a I-130 for the CR-1 visa and a Separate I-130 for the CR-2 visa...

The petition for your wife does not have a derivative. You need to file a separate petition, pay another fee, for the child

My husband has had to file one I-130 for me and one I-130 for my son who is 2 years old. As the other posters have said it's two separate fees of $420 each, but you can send both petitions all together as one package. Just make sure your cover letter lists all of the documentation that is included for your wife and her son.

ya, 2 humans? 2 I-130 petitions. Best to submit BOTH together and write them up as IF SEPERATE.
