I have not recieved the passaport and tuseday is week 4 im so sad and so is he we have called so many times and nothing all they say is that everything is good yet we have not recieved it and they sent in too reports. They did not even explaine to me what a report is in this case. i dont know what to do everyone is supprised at how long it is taking even when i call the consul they get really supprised its really stressing me out im really sad i just wish someone would help us.!

Your case seems to be in administrative processing. It's a sticky situation. You may have several months. Your fiance's name must have triggered something. Its an "issue" that's holding the issuance of the visa. It could be anything or nothing really at all. So people, unfortunately, have similar names to people who have committed fraud or broken a law, or something of that nature. They must make sure that your fiance is who he say's he is. I'm not saying this is the case with your situation but, whatever it is, it delaying your case. Sorry. I hope things work out and there is no real issue.
