My fiance went to get his medical done on the 19th and went to pick it up today. They said they cant give it to him until he sees a different doctor and handed him a letter. The letter said something that he needed to see a psychologist because of the way he talks. I know hes very hard to understand, I didn't understood him when I first met him. He never went to school so I think that might have something to do with it also. He will try to get a appointment Saturday or Monday after his interview. I was wondering if this is a bad thing or what? Or maybe just letting the embassy know that he might be uneducated so he is a little slower than normal?

Hi Shawna, I read your story and one thing popped into my mind. From what I understand they won't even do the interview if he doesn't have his medical papers...so I wonder if they'll even do the interview on Monday before he goes to see the psychologist.

I hope I'm wrong, but I thought it might be better to be prepared for that possibility.

I'm sorry to hear you guys are having trouble.

Shawne, if the medical doctor finds it hard to understand him, I would be concern that he will present a poor presentation to the CO durning his interview. If the CO don't understand him durning the questioning in the interview there might not be a postive outcome. Be prepare>>>>>>>

Yes I am prepared for any outcome. I just think the hosptial wants him to get evalulated by another dr to so the CO will know his communication is not his fault and that he shouldnt be judged by that due to fact he is uneducated.
