Our CR1 almowt 7 months, still no NOA2, then we made inquiry to USCIS, it said the case is in extended review, we will recive the result in 45 days. I don't know the exactly meaning of extended review, does that mean there is some problem with our case??

could you tell me further? I don't quite understand your meaning. I worry there is problem with our case which would deserve a denial.

Can get an ISO on Monday, ask for exact status of the casefile?
