If you, your husband or anyone you know is fluent in both Spanish and English, then they can do it. You just need to put the certification on there: http://www.visajourney.com/content/translations

But when translating it is there a layout I need to follow? Or is there a example template I can go by? I'm a bit confused. Thanks again

Just type it up in Word, staying as close to the layout of the original as you can. It doesn't have to be anything fancy. You just need to get the pertinent information on there. For the seal, just translate what the seal says. Put the certification at the bottom.
