Hello,

I am a USC married to a Taiwanese national. If I annul the marriage based on fraud, how will that affect her future travel to the U.S.? I haven't filed the GC petition yet or adjusted her status, and she's now back in Taiwan, doesn't want to come back. If she decides to come back to get her stuff, would she be allowed entry with her tourist visa?

Thanks,

Alfred

I doubt it will do anything at all if she already has a visa.

If you never filed anything how would it effect her tourist status?

Must have been a great experience for her if she left the US, left her stuff behind, and decided not to come back for good

OK just wondering, so she's legally just a 'Tourist'. If she tries to come back, they'll probably deny her due to the marriage. Am I right?

She got her expensive ring - that's why.

It's rare that any county court (where divorce petitions are filed) send any documents, unasked for, into the Federal Department of State.

DoS knows her visa status.
