A question about the "letter of intent"

First, thank you all for the forum. Almost everybody seems to be very nice and helpful on here.

I have filed the I129 some three months ago. I did everything mentioned on this site, except for the letter of intent part. My fiance signed and scanned her letter and emailed it to me, so I didn't send USCIS the form with her original signature. I was wondering if that is going to cause a problem and delay the process, and if so, is there a way to send them the original before they ask for it.

Thanks again.

As far as i know, it has to be the original. You have to wait until they send you an RFE (request for evidence) then you can send them the original. So while waiting on that, have your fiance send you the original. Good luck to you!!!

The letter of intent and the G- 325A have to have original signatures.

You should expect an RFE for that but, you know, anything can happen.

Just in case.. I suggest that you re do the letter and have him mail it to you right away. This way, if/when the RFE comes, you'll be ready to send it back.
