Thanks! :) But at this moment all we have to do is wait.. been calling NVC everyday and all we get is a "no" answer that they still haven't received our case. Hope this doesn't take forever..again. Good luck on your journey! seems like your time is near to be w/your Fiance.. :)

Thank you too! It seems that there is a little bureaucratic red tape that can trip couples at each step of this protracted process. We were stuck for about two weeks in AP at the NVC. Sometimes a little patience and perseverance can go a long way. Now things seem to be sailing pretty smoothly. Your time will come too. It is good to remember that this is not a sprint, but a marathon.

the hard copy from NVC that they will send to me later, do i need to send the hard copy from NVC to my fiancees country? or the nvc will send to my fiancees country?.. in short, 1 hard copy from NVC will goes to philippines consulate and 1 hardcopy from nvc will receive by the petitioner?

I am not aware of my fiancee receiving a copy of the notice from NVC. Of course, I don't know snail mail times to China from America. However, I just scanned the notice and emailed my fiancee a PDF copy of it. The interviewing consulate is sent your case file, that is one of the purposes of the notice and is stated as such in the notice.
