I think he should be locked up in Nicaraguan prison, forced to watch Barney re-runs 24/7 while the family members of the slain get to kick him in the balls as many times as they want day and night. He should be tied up so he can't commit suicide, force fed dirty rat meat and toilet water. This would be for the rest of his life because the death penalty is way too easy.
