Can I file the paperwork for K-1 while my Alien fiancee is in U.S?

Hello, My question is simple, Can I file the paperwork of K-1 for my Alien fiancee while she's in U.S? she has valid B2 to stay with me in U.S. She's gonna go back to her home country to finish the rest part. Does USCIS start the process once they receive our forms and documents? Or Do they wait to start it until she went back to her home country?

You can't do both a fiancee and a spouse petition. You've posted questions about both.

Make a decision and then file the appropriate forms.

Either petition can be filed while the alien is here in the US visiting.
