Timeline

has anyone recieved or applied for an extension on there extension ,,what do you do if youre extension letter time runs out before you recieve youre 10 year card ???

You make an info pass appointment and go in and request an extension, they stamp your passport for 1 more year.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

So your ROC is taking more than a year huh... welcome to the club. Do you mind provide a timeline of your ROC timeline? I'm close to the same boat (10+ months).

Their timeline says they applied in mid-September, no NOA1 date though. That is only 7 months.

september will be one year but we were concerned when we saw how long things for vermont were takeing so we whent to the service center since it is only a couple of miles from where we live to get some info the agent there offered to stamp the passport and extend her visa till may of 2013 without us even asking so we said thanks and left,,

We applied in November for ROC AND lo and behold just got notice I've been approved yesterday. No green card yet though; supposedly it'll come within 60 days. kicking.gif

How long did it take you guys to get your bio letter from them? And did you get an interview or just card production at once?
