well you must forget about this woman and the revenge you wish to exact on her and instead focus on your child unless your hatred for her is more than the love for your child.

I agree with you ,the child is the most important in this situation ,instead of worrying about the marriage frauf think about your flesh and blood ,iam not saying what she did was right.Another thing like someone wrote most people in 3rd world countries dont have there marriages registered in court unless you really have proof on paper that you can present to ICE that she was married then you can cry fraud.

I thought that if you got married via K1, you both have to be married at least 2 years? If not, I thought the beneficiary gets deported back to her home land?

doesn't work that way, sorry.

so, if a k-1 visa holder gets married within the first 90 days, that's a plus - as they've fulfilled the marriage requirements.

Then there's an adjustment of status casefile filed. At some point, a green card shows up with a 2 year duration on it. Anytime after the green card shows up, folk do get divorced. A green card holder is supposed to file a ROC casefile right after the divorce is finalized, but

there is absolutely no sense of 'getting deported' based solely on divorce. There'd have to be fraudulent stuff, and a pile of evidence proving it.

Where did you learn yer stuff? I suggest to you (strongly) that it's wrong.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I did not read it. A Vietnamese coworker told me about it awhile back and I did not follow up to see if that was true or not.

For real information, I go here
