IMO, George had a valid reason to BUY the guns. OTOH, if he simply stayed in his SUV and requested a cop via 911, using his 'neighborhood watch network' ID, this would be a totally different story.

Or if the victim had been part of a gang of bikers on Harleys instead.

To be honest, as much as I fear them and dislike them, I don't think I'd be happy if I have to shoot one. But I would do it without hesitation if one ever comes charging at my kids or myself. Straight to pit bull heaven, or hell.

I killed a battalion of mosquitos while I was in Nigeria early this month. I took great pride in hunting them down and putting an end to their disease carrying manners. I thoroughly enjoyed killing those wretched haphazardly flying cretins.

One takes justifiable pleasure in creating a healthier environment and a more comfortable one. If you take the same pleasure just in knowing you are directly responsible for creatures dying that otherwise have no impact on your life than you have a problem.
