Not within the allowed 6 hour time period. Also in that time period the body temperature

would only fall about 9 degrees. I think perhaps the law should say 6 hours after you discover

your wife is dead instead of 6 hours after she is dead.

Some poor smuck may not even know his wife is dead until the 6 hours is up.

that's just not fair.

She is still the wife. Being dead does not mean a divorce was granted.

Yes BUT how can they verify that the non aggressor mate accepted the offer so that it's not Spousal rape?
