Tnx for reply let me u abt the case the interview takes place on april 26 my mother green card holder and I am 19 she legally adopted her daughter children the girl is 17 and the boy 19 we appear on interview and CO told us he can not interview the girl because she needs guardian at that time her biological father appears at interview CO said ok after that he gave us 221g sheet he said we have to do AP on the way you police certificate is going expired have to bring new clearance and he also said we will call you it may take a couple of months and we go is there a problem with the case

I am not sure I understand your explanation... did they say "your police cert is expired, bring us a new one and you will be approved"? Or did they say " we need to do more checks AND ALSO your police cert is expired"? Did you rpovide a new police cert yet?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
