Administrative processing- police cert etc

Hello I had my interview today first let me tell abt the process my mother is green card holder and she petions for me and two of her daughters children as adoption they are 17 & 19 so we have interview today and asked some questions but our police certificate about to expire only 20 days left then he asked as some evidence like photo and we showed him after that he said I accepted you and he gave us sheet 221(g) he ticked on police certifcate and under administrative processing he said we will call you does it mean denied????

It means u need to do another police report and send it to them and they need additional time to process your case. that might take 2 weeks or a month or few months time varies from a case to another when it comes to administrative process

oh i guess that is not a denial.. they just need the current/valid police clearance because yours are about to expire..

my brother had the same experience,, he had expired nbi so he took a current nbi, send it to embassy and after 3 weeks..... the mailman is knocking on our door.. charan!!! visa granted!

He didnt tell u but he ticked on police report and administrative processing so its simple provide what they want make A new police report, send it to them and wait thats all.

during 221(g) AP does the case will send back to USCIS????????????

It depends somewhat on why you were put in AP- security checks, doubts about bonafides etc.

If there is something the embassy needs from you (details of all family living in the USA, more bonafide evidence etc), they will tell you. Other than that, there is nothing you can do but wait- it could be weeks or months until you hear anything.
