I,ve been married since 2001 and it is the time my husband filed for my petion...He is an Lpr! since i was approved my husband did'nt take action, NVC CONTACTED US MANY TIMES TO REMIND that my visa number is already availble! Until last January my husband continue my petition w/c luckily is still available! He already paid the aos fee and he recieved the ds-230 form but he didnt recieve the instruction to pay for the IV fee..My question is when can we expect nvc to send the IV instruction to pay when we send the ds-230 or we have to contact nvc for that? When does my passport needed to send along the other docs, is it w/ I-864 or other doc? Please Help me i need guidance!

You should contact the letting them know you did not receive the DS-230 packet and fee request and is asking that they resend it.

The passport.. birth cert. police records etc must be sent with the DS-230 form.

All documents must be sent in with the bar-code sheet on top

Hello Everyone! Pls. tell me your opinions and if you have any knowledge regarding this pls tell me what you think! This is how my case goes...My husband petitioned me long time ago! My pd is May 23, 2002! But we never really pusue it for our own reason! But this year, last January we decided to continue it and we got an agent to help us out specially in doing the paper works! Since it was long time ago our agent said that she re opens our case...and now we are in the stage of waiting for our medical and interview sched...

Here's my question, is it possible that my case is already expired cause it was long ago? but if so, will the nvc still requires us I-864 and Iv packets w/ docs and let us pay for fees if it is already expired? Pllllssss help me out! :help: :help: :help: :help:
