AOS - USC and Joint - mailed together?

Hello everyone,

This is our first post but during the assembly of our i-130 we were incredibly grateful for all the helpful posts and pieces of advice posted on this site. Now we have stumbled across a question that I am hoping everyone can help with. I am a USC living in Spain with my Spanish husband. Being that I have lived here for 3 years, I have no income in the US and although will file the AOS, we will also have a joint sponsor in the States. We are trying to get prepared for when we are required to turn the I-864s in, and I want to know -

Can the USC overseas and joint sponsor mail the AOS in to NVC seperatley or does the joint sponsor need to mail the originals to the USC overseas first and then I add them to my AOS and mail them together to the NVC?

It should be mailed together not separately.My husband did the same thing.

I am in the same situation as you and we mailed both mine and joint sponsor's AOS together to NVC.
