Does anyone know what is in packet 3? I would like to get a start on it before they send it to my finacee.

Is DS 156 part of this? Our application just got to Manila so I don't know how long it will be before she gets he packet.

DS 230, DS 156, DS 156k, DS 157 and the checklist.... these are the forms which have been in my pack 3 :)

Manila beneficiaries do not receive Packet 3. We only get Packet 4. To see what's inside Packet 4, click here:

It appears that the Manila embassy is now mailing letters to beneficiaries once the file has arrived at the embassy, notifying them that they are in que for an interview date. This notice and wait-time stated in the letter may be the Manila version of "Packet 3".
