I sent the I129F on sunday using USPS and have the return receipt(TRACKING NUMBER) for the pagckage received at USCIS on 04/24 at 6:25 am, Is it correct? do they receive the package this early? I sent it to

USCIS

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266

it was a priority mail, Did I send to correct adress? I am just wondering, since I bored here, lol.

That is the correct address. Maybe someone at the post office signed for it? Does it say it was delivered at that time?

Priority Mail®

Delivered

April 24, 2012, 6:25 am

DALLAS, TX 75260

Expected Delivery By:

April 24, 2012

I dont know if they accepted and signed or the post office just dropped off at the mail box.

HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP ME PPL!!!!!!!

I would guess that the post office received it off the truck at 6.25 and that someone from USCIS would have picked it up either later that day or today. You will have to wait a few weeks for your NOA1 to arrive and see what dates they used. Did you send a personal check with your application?

No because the post office we sent is just around the corner of USCS, so im guessing it was delivered by that time.

YES, personal check, so do you think if the check is payed, means that EVERYTHING is correct on my application? I heard ppl saying that sometimes they send all the package back after 3 months because of something missing, I dont wanna receive my package back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you

If they cash your check it means they have received your application and have started processing it, give it about 7 working days and check with your bank. They won't return your package after 3 months, they may ask for further evidence though, known as RFE.

Depends on whenever USPS delivers your application and receives by USCIS... normally takes 5-7 business days... hope you'll get it before that. yes.gif

The return receipt shows that they got your paperwork. When they cash the check it means that they're processing your file...

I used USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation. I didn't use Return Receipt as it was being dropped off at a PO Box. Understand, yes, Priority mail states 2-3 days delivery. It is quite normal that your packaged arrived when it did. Using Return Receipt, the recipient signs for the package, you get a statement declaring it was signed for. This is all the working of USPS. It has nothing to do with USCIS processing. If your check was cashed, it means they received it, the check was valid, and the forms were signed. They are nowhere near a stage for returning your package if you included signed I-129F and signed check. Returns,RFE,approval or denial will come at the adjudication stage that takes place in that later 5-7 month window. Your packaged was delivered, your check was cashed, and USCIS will probably give you the text/email NOA1 within a week or two if you included form G-1145. In any case, you could wait for 30 days before you receive NOA1, but your package is there. If you know that much, all you can do is wait and bare it. Look at my signature. Mine was received on the 13th according to USPS. The USCIS receipt date was the 16th and notice date was 17th. You just have to wait.

I sent it to the Dallas lockbox. The same address you used. the PO box(lockbox) is the correct address for any USPS other than Express. I have read that a Return Receipt can cause a day or two delay because it is sent to a PO Box, and one might not be available to sign for the package at the moment of delivery. However, you are past this point if you already have delivery confirmation. You will most likely have your Return Receipt from USPS sooner than any NOA1 notification from USCIS.
