Maybe you just can't get your head around the little fact that the arrest isn't about the second amendment. These two GA dildos might think that's what this is about but I am sure they'll soon learn that it isn't. They'll do time for aggravated assault, false imprisonment and criminal trespass. And they'll do that time without their semi-automatics. That's when they will be deprived of their second amendment right.

I sneer at the idea of calling 9-1-1 to have someone with a gun come protect me.

What I don't sneer at is challenging someone - without a gun drawn - when they're possibly commiting a property crime. There are almost no states where you have the right to hold someone at gunpoint, even after witnessing a crime. However, if you feel you're life is in jeopardy - like George Zimmerman - then you're authorized under the law to do so.

To my knowledge there are only a handful of states where you can "hold the badguys at gunpoint" until the cops arrive.
