Adjustment of Status on Expired K3 visa

Hi All,

This is my first time using visajourney.com and im hoping i can get some answers.

First of, I arrived here in the US 2007 on a k3 visa, filed for a work permit ans ssc. Me and my husband failed to adjust my status before it expired.

Long story short, I am now on a expired visa with a 3 year old kid that was born here and still married to my husband for 6 years now. I want to get my papers to gether and finally saved up to file and adjust my status.

My biggest problem is that I lost my i-94 arrival paper. Though thru researching i found out I can actually get a replacement for a whopping $330 .

I dont know if im gonna get in trouble when i send my paperwork. I really dont know what to expect.
