Anyone approved here lately?????? I need encouragement!!!!

Hi! I will have to wait until November that's my estimated date based on what they said when i called them. :(

03/2012 - Got Married

04/02/2012 - AOS sent

04/04/2012 - USCIS received my I-485 application

05/1/2012 - Notice transferred to CSC

05/14/2012 - Schedule for Biometrics

06/14/2012 - No Mail.. still waiting

07/14/2012 - still waiting

08/14/2012 - waiting....

09/14/2012 - w.a.i.t.i.n.g.......

11/19/2012 - GC approved!!! Finally!! :-)

11/23/2012 - received my GC

thanks for sharing that.

I've been monitoring the approvals posted on the timeline and on the forums and march CSC transfers are already being processed. in the same sense, feb and jan transferees are still being processed.

in that sense november sounds quite close to being right.

Hi... I sent mine April 12th,2012,fortunately my I-765 was aprroved and I received it July 12,2012. I keep checking the status of my I-485 online and still say's Intial Review,i am worried about it coz i thought i will be getting my greencard sooner after i got my EAD.

I don't know how they approved the GC. Others get there GC a month after biometrics or after they got EAD. So for me, not all are the same process. I just wait, but when the month that i expect is over. Hhhmmmm.. That's another story and that's not good. You try to call the hotline. Then let's see what they will gonna tell you.

I have started a poll regarding K1 AOS transferred to CSC poll <-----click

Could anyone who are K1 and filed AOS that was transferred to CSC please participate? Hopefully this will give us some insight into the processing times...

I forgot to tell you my case was Transferred early June to CSC,after I received my EAD I haven't heard anything since. Pls keep me posted about your case.

Well today I checked the USCIS website and when I put in my wife's case number it said document production and that the card should come in the next 30 days. I am glad to see that. I was set up for the text alerts but for some reason did not get one but very happy now and will be looking for my wife's green card.kicking.gif

aaww.. she's lucky! :-) mine still pending and initial review. I called last week, they said, they will check my case status and wait 15 days, if there's no call, mail and email then i will call and follow up again. :( Is your wife had interview? After my biometrics, I didn't get any mail from USCIS.

No interview...........our case was transferred to CSC.

Ok, thank you. Hopefully within this month there's a progress on mine. It is also transferred to CSC my case. Congrats! :-)

We were transferred to CSC in early June and can't even look up estimated times for I-485 based on family at CSC. I called a few weeks ago for an update and they said I'd hear from someone. Then today I got an email that basically says, we got your request for an update, we're working as fast as we can with limited resources... no info at all!
