Yup, definitely possible! This could be done whenever, doesn't matter at all what part of the process you're on. Make sure your wife gets the documentation for the vaccines received (name of vaccine, dose, signature of doctor, etc).

if u are going to the ciudad juarez consulate then the answer is no. you can only go to one of two approved clinics and in order for the clinic to even see u, u have to take youe appt letter with you.

The OP isn't talking about the medical, but just getting the required vaccines done ahead of time so there won't be problems at the medical.

The best decision you can make here, is to wait until you are in cdj and get the vaccines you need from a consulate approved clinic. They will tell you which ones you need depending on the type of visa youre applying for. remember to take your vaccine card to the clinic.

I can state for a fact that in Pakistan, if you get your vaccinations done at a clinic that is not approved by the US consulate, they reject it immediately. It doesn't matter whether it's the medical or the vaccinations needed for the medical....it still gets rejected.

I suggest before getting your vaccinations, make sure a requirement like this does not exist for your particular consulate.
