Good afternoon everyone! :)

The NVC finally received our packet from the USCIS, and now we are awaiting a case number. We call every day to see if they have assigned one yet. Should we continue to call, even though they say "try back next week" or "try again in 15 business days"?

2009- Started our relationship

July 4, 2011- Engaged!

August 1, 2011- We're Married!!!

USCIS:

September 16, 2011 - I-130, Fedex to USCIS

September 26, 2011 - NOA1 ( Received )

March 16, 2012 - NOA 2

NVC:

April 12, 2012- Sent NVCResarch copy of reciept for inquiry

April 18, 2012- Called Congressman to ask for assistance

April 20, 2012- NVC Received petition

May 1, 2012- NVC Case number assigned

May 2, 2012- DS 3032 and AOS invoice recieved

May 3, 2012- Paid AOS bill, submitted DS- 261

May 4, 2012- Submitted AOS

May 11, 2012- Recieved IV invoice, Paid IV bill

May 14, 2012- IV bill payment received by NVC, Filled out DS-260 and submitted

May 15, 2012- IV packet emailed to NVC

May 21, 2012- Case complete!!!!!!

June 13, 2012- Medical appointment

July 9, 2012- Interview Date --- APPROVED!

July 13, 2012- POE

I did. I got mine the next day but I dont know how different it is for cr1

08/01/12-Married08/17/12-Applied for Social Security Card09/23/12-Husband received his Social Security card!09/27/12-Filed AOS09/28/12-AOS package received10/01/12-Text message from USCIS10/03/12-Check cashed10/09/12-NOA1 for I485,I765,I131 AND Biometrics Appointment Letter10/24/12-Biometrics Appointment12/11/12-EAD and AP Approved-75 days12/14/12-EAD/AP Card Production ordered12/21/12-EAD/AP Card came in the mail06/22/13-Green Card Approved06/27/13-Greed Card Production Ordered06/29/13-Green Card came in the mail<p>

04/09/15-Mailed ROC

04/10/2015-Package received

04/14/2015-Check cashed

06/02/2015-Called Service Center (still no NOA1) Service request found out wrong address on paperwork! :(

06/03/2015-Called to get address updated Ar11 online add change didnt work-got infopass for June 10th

06/10/2015-Went to info pass appt. Hubby got a 1yr. Extension stamp in his passport and biometrics done

08/12/2015-ROC Approved. Got letter in the mail.

08/29/2015-received new card in the mail.

The operators keep saying allow 10-20 business days to get your case number after they have received the file. I guess it takes 20 business days to upload less than 50 pages or s.... more waiting, what else is new, right? :bonk:
