How to get back the naturalization records

My issue is. My aunt who immigrated in the U.S about 20 years ago. Now, she wants to get back her naturalization records which is the record she had declared before she became a U.S citizen. When she temporally migrated in the small island in Africa,she got a document to list all her family members who live in Vietnam. Could you please help me how to make a form or which forms she should fill in to get back her records. How long does it take to get the form back from the U.S Immigration Agency?
